Our Impact
Since our inception, Children's Benefit League has raised over $2 million dollars to help support our local community clinics. We are proud to say that each year we are able to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of hundreds of children in our community. We believe that every child deserves a healthy start in life, and we are committed to working together with our local clinics so they may continue to provide high-quality healthcare to children in need. All monies collected from our fundraising events are given to the five local charities we support: The Children's Clinic, Children's Dental Health Clinic, The John Tracy Center, Ability First and The Guidance Center.
John Tracy Center
John Tracy Center was founded in 1943 by Louise Treadwell Tracy after she witnessed the limited services, technology, and education available for children like her son, John. Today, JTC provides parent-centered services locally and globally to children with hearing loss, offering families hope, guidance, and encouragement. CBL has been supporting JTC since 1965.
AbilityFirst
AbilityFirst provides a variety of programs designed to help people with disabilities achieve their personal best throughout their lives. Their mission is to look beyond disabilities, focus on capabilities and expand possibilities. CBL has been supporting AbilityFirst both monetarily and in-kind since 1990.
The Guidance Center
The Guidance Center provides comprehensive mental health treatment to our community’s most disadvantaged children and their families struggling with mental illness and abuse, leading them toward a positive and productive future. The Guidance Center envisions a community where all children have the help they need to be healthy and happy.
